Resolution Institute
Resolution Institute is a vibrant community of mediators and other ADR practitioners, created out of the integration of LEADR and IAMA in 2014. Resolution Institute is a not-for-profit organization with more than 4,000 members in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region.
Among other things, this organization:
- Develops the skills of ADR practitioners, including mediators and conflict management coaches, through highly quality training and accreditation
- Establishes and supports state and regional Chapters and special interest groups to connect, network and learn
- Provides a voice for ADR practitioners in public discussions about ADR

If your organization is interested in becoming a CINERGY licensee, please let us know. Licensees promote and coordinate CINERGY Conflict Coaching Workshops for their target audiences within specific countries, subject to a licensing agreement. They retain CINERGY Accredited Trainers and Coach-mentors to conduct training under their auspices. Only CINERGY Accredited Trainers are qualified to provide the training for these organizations . Similarly, our Coach-Mentors participate in our intensive training process to become Accredited to supervise skills practices for the workshops.
